I have done (tried) so many things (failures and successes), but I am starting to think that planning (strategically) and researching exactly what customers want first (and how they want it), BEFORE DOING, can make a huge difference. But I suppose even though we can plan and have specific goals, we must test different ways to reach that goal. I'm still learning.
