Is there any other way to post to fb fan page other than the one mentined above?
I am aksing this because i dont use wordpress for hosting my blog. It is written in .net and hence would need a plugin something like above to be developed.

Brian thanks for your tips. I’m wading my way through to work out which one or variety of options I need to implement. Was originally looking for how to automate the follow feature and welcome bit for Twitter. LOL there’s so much more!

You should be able to post to Twitter and Facebook page directly using Ping.FM and as a bonus, you can post to ALL your other social media profiles that you register on Ping.FM

Thanks Brian, this was all good except for facebook will not grant access to my fan page. I’ve been looking for the best way to post to both fb and twitter when I publish my post, and if I can get the fan page to work this will be perfect. Appreciate the advice.

Thanks for a great tip. This works just fine, however there is a slightly faster way of doing this as well. You can import your Word Press blog’s RSS feed into your Facebook Notes page. This will operation also publish them to your Facebook Wall. All you have to do is edit your Notes import settings and add your blog feed there.

I would like to add another way of doing this. When on your Facebook Page, not profile, go to the notes app, and then click Page’s Notes. From here you can import any blog by rss feed, and all posts will be morphed into a Facebook Note, and therefore posted on the page’s Wall. You can also block people from commenting on facebook, forcing them to comment on your blog site. Then you just need to connect your Facebook Page with twitter using the new Facebook Pages Twitter Connect http://facebook.com/twitter
